This is a short story mirroring the reality of many relationships in our communities. The story is written by me and I take the role of the main character, Anitha.
The main message I wanted to send is for us to let anyone in an abusive relationship know that if they can survive inside an abusive relationship then they can survive outside of it.

Mariam's ultimate goal is to build a successful career as a creative artist. She aims to embody fierce characters that deliver powerful messages to the world. She currently works on her own individual and collaborative creative projects so as to broaden her portfolio. She has worked on singing, scriptwriting, acting and voiceover projects.
Mariam's bigger dream is to be able to build a large network in the entertainment industry that will help her create platforms that young talented Tanzanians can rely on to build a successful career in the entertainment industry.
